To ensure safe activities in the Shrapnel ecosystem, we conduct customer identity verification (KYC) procedures. To authenticate your identity, you need to enter your name, date of birth, email, residential address, zip code, and nationality. Additionally, you will need an identity document (either an ID card, passport, driver's license, or residence permit) and one additional proof of residence.
Why do I need to do KYC?
This is an unconditional process that must be followed in order to withdraw SHRAP tokens, transfer assets such as NFTs, or call signs. In addition, KYC is performed to prevent multiple accounts per person and to prevent crimes.
After logging in, the will begin verifying your identity.
Then, on the identity verification page, select โContinue on this deviceโ or โContinue on mobileโ to proceed.
For mobile devices, you can choose to receive a link via QR code or SMS.
Enter basic information. (name, date of birth, email, residential address, zip code, nationality)
